Luka’s Story
I always had the intention of starting a yoga practice. but always halfway through. I purposely set up a quiet space. free from all distractions and no one to disturb me. I started warming up. stretching my body and following the steps of breathing. I cantered myself. With full concentration. the pace of the world seemed to slow down. But here’s the thing – this is so boring! I don’t want to do it by myself. I want someone to keep me company! Will you come and see me?
