Terms of use

Product quality is our number one concern when shipping orders, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before shipment. In the unlikely case that you find your doll is defective or damage upon delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. On a case-by-case basis we will arrange for a return and/or refund of you purchase. Note: If your doll has been used we cannot accept a return.

In most cases where damage has occurred, you will have the option for a full refund, or we will send a full replacement for no extra cost.

Each doll requires about 2-3 weeks processing time prior to shipping. We via FedEx/UPS express air shipping which takes about 4-7 days. In total, you’ll receive your doll approximately 3-4 weeks after placing your order. You will receive an email notification with the tracking details once your doll has been shipped.

More notes on shipping:

– Shipping is FREE with all orders.

– Your package will require a signature upon delivery.

– If you cannot be home to receive your package, you can opt to have the package held at your local FedEx/UPS facility for pick-up.

– For non-USA orders, it is possible your country will charge a small import tax once your package reaches customs. This fee is the responsibility of the customer.

– Orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked cardboard boxes. They are well sealed and protected to both keep your doll safe and protect your privacy.
